Mike served two and a half years in the United States Army. While in the Army, Mike served with the Airborne/Special Forces Tactical Unit.
Corporal Robert Balbis, DO - Gainesville Primary Care Physician
Dr. Balbis served eight years in the United States Army. He was a member of the Paratrooper 82nd Airborne Division and was also deployed to Iraq during the Gulf War.
Sergeant Charles Bidwell - Gainesville Maintenance
Sergeant Bidwell is a current reservist member of the United States Army and has served his country for the past fifteen years. He completed two tours in Korea, two close combat tours in Iraq, one C.Q.B. tour in Kuwait, and one tour in Germany. Sergeant Bidwell received four Good Conduct Medals, two Army Accommodation Medals, and thirteen Certificates of Achievement.
Major Allison Buel, DO - Gainesville/Chiefland Pulmonology Physician
Dr. Buel served eleven years in the United States Air Force. She was deployed to Bagram, Afghanistan, on CCATT direction from October 2014 to May 2015 and was awarded the Aerial Achievement Medal and Meritorious Service Medal.
Senior Airman Charlotte Caban - Gainesville Laboratory Lab Tech
Charlotte served six years in the United States Air Force. She deployed to the Middle East during Operation Desert Storm, where she received a National Defense Service Medal.
Tech Sergeant Greg Darby PA-C - Gainesville Rehabilitation Medicine Physician Assistant
Greg served three years in the United States Air Force. From 1971-1974 he was stationed at Ching Chuan Kang Air Base, located in Taichung, Taiwan and was a member of the US/Republic of China Tactical Air Wing.

Dr. Diaz served twelve years in the United States Navy. He was deployed to the Middle East and was part of the mission Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Dr. Elshire served six years in the United States Army. During that time, he was awarded a Humanitarian Service Ribbon.
Sergeant First Class Wayne Gray - Gainesville Medical Records Clerk
Wayne served twenty years in the United States Army. During his twenty years, he completed two tours in Iraq. Wayne was also awarded the Bronze Star, a Meritorious Service Medal, three Army Commendations Medals, and six Army Achievement Medals.

Denise served seven and a half years in the United States Army. While in the Army, Denise was stationed at Schofield Barrack in Honolulu Hawaii, Fort Sheridan in Northern Illinois, and Fort Jackson in Colombia, South Carolina.

Jack served three and a half years in the United States Army. While in the military, he was deployed to Vietnam from 1967-1968 and worked in the Lab Tech 29th Evacuation Hospital Cantho.

From 1977-1988, Dr. Jones served in the United States Navy. He was an ACLS Instructor and a Department Head for Family Care 3, 1, and 2.

Bill served six years and eight months in the United States Air Force. While in the military, he was stationed in Alaska and Italy.
Sergeant Deborah Lacy - Fit For Life AR Counselor
Deborah served eight years in the United States Army. She deployed to the Middle East during Operation Desert Storm, where she received a Certificate of Achievement. Deborah also received a Commendation Medal for serving on the hospital color guard and a Good Conduct Medal.
