Payment Types Accepted
SIMEDHealth accepts many payment types for our services. Cash, check, credit card, and insurance are the most common forms of payment used.
Medical/Automobile or Other Insurances
Please be sure to provide your most current insurance information to your Clinic Assistant or other members of our staff when you schedule your appointment. This will allow us time to contact your insurance company and request authorizations, if necessary, and to verify your insurance coverage. Should there be any issues with your coverage, we will gladly reschedule your appointment until they have been resolved.
If you have medical or auto insurance and have submitted your information to your physician's office, we gladly bill your insurance company for you. However, any deductibles, copayments, or portions of your treatment not covered by your insurance are your responsibility.

Appointment Cancellation Policy
48-hours notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule any appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call at least 48-hours in advance, and we will gladly accommodate your schedule. Missed appointments, with less than 48 hours notice, will be charges a "No-Show" charge of $50 for office visit appointments and $100 for physical, test, or procedure appointments.
